Impression: This is about a student president of a formerly all boys school, Ayuzawa Misaki, that is seen as a demon by the guys of the school. She is a complete feminist and will bark at the guys for being guys and will not hesitate to take the girls’ side in arguments. Because of her financial situation however, she has to take a job as a maid at a maid cafe. One day, a mysterious student by the name of Usui Takumi finds out her about her secret part time job but doesn’t say a word about it to others at the school. Misaki is a traditional Tsundere who’s excels at both academics and sports and actually uses all that talent to deal with problems instead of depending on the Usui. Usui himself is a guy who has issues with getting close to others and enjoys watching Misaki struggle to deal all those problems. Sometimes the two pair up (often fighting a lot) to solve the oddest things they come across and their chemistry really shines there. Eventually they do become a couple about 30 chapters(Most long shoujo series like maybe 60. Or maybe just the annoying ones.) in but the story hasn’t ended yet as there are a few loose ends to tie up. In any case it’s an entertaining Shoujo manga that’s not as typical of the usual fare which is probably why I see so many negative comments at mangaupdates.
