Impression: This is a spin-off of the Suzumiya Haruhi series where Haruhi does not have her reality warping abilities and everyone is a normal human being. Haruhi only shows up in cameo with Koizumi so far but will probably officially come in later since everyone else has shown up. In this spin-off Kyon is himself, Nagato is a shy bookworm and Asakura is her keeper. It’s got a whole bunch of silliness packed in it with some fanservice scenes for Nagato fans. This is really a manga made to satisfy the rage incited by the Endless Eight affair and the lateness of the Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi movie.
