Impression: This comes from the comedy genius who brought us GA Geijutsuka Art Design. This is actually her previous work and it seems to have been put on hold in favor of GA. It's a about a traveler dressed in black who travels around with a coffin strapped to her back. She, Kuro, is accompanied by Sen who was cursed to live in the body of 1000 bats and twin girls cat girls called Nijuku and Sanju(Who remind me of Noda from GA) who have the most mysterious abilities. This manga is done in 4Koma format and is drawn in her trademark cutesy childrens' book style giving the impression that you're reading a fairy tale rather than a manga. While this does appear to be as lighthearted as GA is, this series can actually be very dark at times with many of the issues that are brought up in the story. However, despite the depth and darkness of these plot points each chapter ends up being far more hopeful and endearing that one would expect when working with such elements. This is a very compelling story that manages to be amazingly charming and humorous despite the limitations of its format.
